At Thesgstudy.com, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable, and updated study materials to our learners.
However, due to the digital nature of our content (study PDFs, e-books, notes, and online materials), all sales are final. Once access to a course or material has been granted, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred.

We strongly advise users to read course descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Exceptions (Refunds/Access Corrections Allowed)

Refunds or replacement access will be provided only in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate Payment:
    If you are charged twice for the same course or resource due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days after verification.
  2. Technical Access Issues:
    If the study material or PDF fails to open or download due to a system error from our side, and the issue cannot be resolved within 3 working days, you may request a refund or alternative access.
  3. Wrong Course Purchase (Within 24 Hours):
    If you accidentally purchased the wrong course and have not accessed or downloaded the material, you may contact our support within 24 hours for review. Requests made after this time cannot be accepted.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The user has already accessed, downloaded, or shared the study material.
  • Change of mind after purchase or claiming “not needed.”
  • Misunderstanding about course content (details are clearly mentioned in the product description).
  • Delay in exam schedule or change in preparation plans.
  • Failure to access content due to internet issues or user device malfunction.
  • Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or misuse of content by the user.

Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used.
  • In case of replacement (alternate access or course correction), it will be resolved within 3–5 working days.

Thesgstudy.com reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
All digital content purchases imply that the user understands and agrees to this no-cancellation and no-refund policy.
