Tracking your order or accessing your purchased study materials on Thesgstudy.com is quick and simple.
Follow the steps below to check your order status or access your digital products.

Through “My Account” Page

  1. Visit www.thesgstudy.com.
  2. Click Login / My Account at the top right of the homepage.
  3. Enter your registered email and password.
  4. Go to My Account → Orders section.
  5. Locate the order you wish to track.
    • If it’s a digital course or PDF, click “Access” or “Download” to open your study material instantly.
    • If it’s a physical book or printed note, you’ll see a “Track” button along with a Tracking Number (AWB). Click it to view your delivery status.

Through Email Notification

  • Once your payment is successful and your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email.
  • For digital materials, you’ll also get access links or download instructions in the same email.
  • For physical materials (if applicable), as soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.
  • If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder — sometimes automated emails land there.

Through Courier Partner’s Website (for Physical Shipments Only)

If you’ve ordered printed materials or physical books:

  1. Copy your Tracking Number (AWB) from your email or My Account section.
  2. Visit our courier partner’s tracking page (e.g., Delhivery).
  3. Enter the AWB number to see the latest shipment status.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Digital Materials: Delivered instantly after successful payment. In rare cases, access may take up to 24 hours.
  • Printed Notes / Books (if applicable): Dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
    • Metro cities: Faster delivery (3–5 days).
    • Remote areas: May take additional time.

Didn’t Receive Your Access or Tracking Email?

If you haven’t received your access details or tracking email:

  1. Check your My Account → Orders section on the website.
  2. Review your email inbox and Spam/Junk folders for messages from Thesgstudy.com.
